Andy Murray Stan Wawrinka

Andy Murray is back to an ATP Final after more than 2 years. The British legend had a very complicated season after he was almost ready to retire back in January because of his well-known hip injury. Fortunately, the former world no.1 found his way after the operation, and he is now 1 step from claiming his 46th career title in Antwerp. The last time that he reached the final was back in February 2017 when he conquered the title in Dubai after dismissing Fernando Verdasco 6-3 6-2.

Andy is currently ranked no.243 in the world. However, after reaching the final in Antwerp, he is projected to go 88 positions up in the live rankings to be the new world no. 155. If the Brit defeats Stan Wawrinka in the final, he will gain 28 more positions to be ranked no.127 from Monday.
