The German won the set after she broke the Slovenian 3 times in the 6^th (4-2), in the 8^th (5-3) and in the 12^th (6-6) game. Hercog tried to stage a comeback breaking 3 times in the 7^th (4-3), in the 9^th (5-4) and in the 11^th (5-6) game.
