Companies collaborate on a unique project
Andreescu’s victory continues to be celebrated. A graphic design company and a trucking company have come up with a project aimed at celebrating the Grand Slam winner. Kriska trucking company and Turbo Images have unveiled the project paying tribute to the world No. 5. The two companies have put the 19-year-olds image on a 53-ft trailer. The images show her in action and kissing the US Open trophy. The trailer also features the hashtag #ShetheNorth which has become a popular nickname for the current world number five.
Turbo Images has said that they wanted the unique graphics to represent the Canadian’s style of play. With Andreescu being the first player to win a Grand Slam in her country, the company has said it wanted to celebrate the achievement in a special way. Kriska trucking company operates around the 19-year-old’s hometown. The company said that it wanted the trailer to serve as an inspiration to young people from Mississauga. After Andreescu’s achievements, they hope that honoring her will serve as motivation to young people from the region to believe in their dreams and work hard. The 53-ft trailer with the image will be hauled along major highways and cities in the country.
