Murray, Kyrgios to clash in the 1st round at Queens

This edition of the prestigious ATP500 at the Queens Club has a remarkable line-up even if the first 4 players in the world won’t be present. In fact, Roger Federer and Sascha Zverev will compete in Halle, while Rafael Nadal and Juan Martin Del Potro will not play this week.

The top seeds are Cilic, Dimitrov, Anderson, Goffin, Querrey, Sock, Edmund, and Berdych. Probably the most dangerous players are not seeded as Djokovic, Murray, Kyrgios, Shapovalov, Raonic, and Feliciano Lopez are all dangerous floaters.

Murray vs. Kyrgios

Eventually, after Andy Murray decided to compete, the Brit was drawn to play against Nick Kyrgios in the opener to be the blockbuster match of the 1st round.

Andy leads Nick 5-0 in head to head matches (14-1 in terms of sets).

Probable Quarters

Cilic/Shapovalov – Querrey
Lopez/Raonic – Kyrgios/Murray
Sock – Anderson
Berdych – Djokovic/Dimitrov
