After winning the first round in Stuttgart, Marta revealed
“When I was growing up I didn’t really have idols.
I loved to watch Novak Djokovic. Until I was nine, I thought he was going to be my husband. He wasn’t really like who I was looking for because we’re not the same with the styles.”
Ranked world no.158, Marta has a good chance of breaking in the top100 in the following months. The sky is the limit even if Djokovic… is taken.
