What a feat for Roger! Recently he had a street named after him in Halle , he won his 7th Wimbledon, 17th Slam, he achieved the famous 287 record (becoming the nr.1 of nr.1) and now there are news that a fellow countryman is working for a couple of years on a movie about him!
Yes… This Lüscher (43), a Swiss director, is working on a movie whose name should be “Watching Federer”. The movie his about the tennis superstar with a strong focus on his game and his style. The only problem is that according the director Roger lacks of drama that is an essential recipe for a succesful movie (maybe he wasn’t in Melbourne when Roger lost to Nadal…).
The director is delighted about his huge task as he mantains that watching Roger playing gives him an “immense happiness” (the same doesn’t apply to Federer’s opponents… of course).
Guess what? We can’t really miss it!
