16-year-old, Amanda Anisimova is having a dream start of the season with an incredible 12-3 record. The American reached the 4th round in Indian Wells after conceding just 6 games to Petra Kvitova, and she has now reached the 2nd round in Miami after defeating the world no.53 Qiang Wang 6-3 1-6 6-2.
The American will face the world no.3 Garbine Muguruza in the 2nd round. Even if there is a massive difference in the rankings (Amanda is only no.130), Anisimova has definitely the power to upset the Spaniard.
