Hyeon Chung has been the revelation of the last Australian Open after he reached the semifinals following his wins against Sascha Zverev and Novak Djokovic. Eventually, the South Korean had to withdraw during the semifinal against Roger Federer because of a huge blister.
Unfortunately, the world no.29 didn’t manage to recover and he won’t be able to play the ATP250 in Sofia next week.
This means that the home favorite and defending champion Grigor Dimitrov has even bigger chances to defend his 2017 title.
