Why Hyeon Chung’s coach Neville Godwin likes the South Korean

Neville Godwin from South Africa has done a fantastic job while coaching Kevin Anderson to bring his compatriot to reach the US Open final.

Neville is now doing an even better job to bring his new “pupil” Hyeon Chung to reach the Australian Open semifinal at only 21 years of age after beating the likes of Sascha Zverev and Novak Djokovic.

Why Neville likes Chung

The South African commented

“He just loves the environment. It’s pretty exciting for him. He’s a youngster and I think is really great how it is allowing his character and personality to come out. He has a fantastic sense of humor and he is becoming more confident in his English.

He’s endearing himself, he’s smiling a lot, and he’s just a great character and a super nice kid, and he is loving every second.”

Chung is about to play the most important match of his young career so far against Roger Federer (Australian Open semifinal)
