Nick Kyrgios is probably the most controversial figure in the sport of tennis.

Ranked no.17, the Australian has an amazing talent that is often obfuscated by his behavior. Despite this, it seems that Nick has many friends on tour and even Roger Federer has great words for him.

He is a great guy

During a recent interview with Nine’s Erin Mola, when asked about the Australian, Roger answered

“How much time do we have? I think he’s actually a really nice guy. I know he’s got a bit of a mixed image for some people.

I think he’s incredibly talented. We had a great match in Miami this last year and also at the Laver Cup. 

He’s a great guy; he’s going through the things, whatever he needs to go through. But when he’s on, he’s on, and he’s really difficult to beat.”

Nick has just won his 4^th career title at the Brisbane International. Let’s see if he can have a deep run at the upcoming Australian Open.
