SUPER Kyrgios wins the title in Brisbane

Nick Kyrgios plays fantastic tennis in the Brisbane International to beat Ryan Harrison in straight sets.

The match didn’t look that easy for the Australian from the very beginning as the American looked extremely solid to procure 5 break points early in the match. Eventually, Nick managed to save them all to convert his first break point in the 7th game (4-3) before winning the set 6-4.

Everything was much easier for the Australian in the second set. In fact, after losing the first game on Harrison’s serve (0-1), Kyrgios won the following 5 games to conquer a decisive 5-1 lead. Ryan could only hold his serve (5-2) before Kyrgios conquered the match after 73 minutes. The final score was 6-4 6-2.

After this match, Kyrgios leads Harrison 3-0 in head to head matches.

This is Kyrgios’ 4th career title, and things look very rosy for him in 2018.

More to come.
