Injured Nadal to skip the Mubadala World Tennis Championship

Bad news from Rafael Nadal as the world no.1 is not able to compete at the Mubadala World Tennis Championships.

The Spanish legend has been struggling for more than 2 months with his knee issues: he didn’t compete in Basel, and he retired halfway through in both Bercy and at the ATP Finals.

Recently, Nadal had to cancel training with Joao Sousa to go to Barcelona and have a look at his knee.

Nadal will be replaced by Roberto Bautista Agut.
