Kyrgios fined US$5.500 following Australian Open exit

A few days ago, Nick Kyrgios said he was ready to compete of for the Australian Open title.  That didn’t really happen with Kyrgios crashing as early as the second round against Andreas Seppi after blowing 2 sets lead and a match point. During the match, the Australian went back to his “vintage” behavior to swear (that cost $3000) and smash his racket on the ground ($2500).

This is not the first time that the Australian was fined. Last year he received a three weeks’ ban and a $26,000 following his tanking in Shanghai against Mischa Zverev. The feeling is that this is never going to end.

More work for the psychologist?
