Nick Kyrgios has been the hot topic in Australia for the last couple of years. Nick’s talent and peculiar character are unique, but as the time goes by, it’s possible that the Australian will “miss the train.” This is Mark Philippoussis’ point as the tennis legend believes that Kyrgios needs to wake up and deliver before it’s too late.
During a recent interview, Mark commented
“You blink, and he’ll be 26 years old, and all of a sudden he’ll be kind of the mid-20s or maybe 30 in the world, and it’ll be like ‘what happened to him?'”

Mark thinks that if Nick overcomes his motivations problems and he can properly focus on the game he can win the Australian Open.
“He has what it takes to win the Australian Open. It’s as simple as that. He has the game,” Philippoussis commented. “But he’s got to believe that, and he cannot go out and be happy with a quarter-final and just be satisfied.”
Kyrgios’ best performance at the Australian Open was a quarterfinal in 2015. Can he make it this time?
