Andy Murray is having a fantastic year.
The Brit has won 6 tournaments (1 slam, 2 ATP1000, 2 ATP500 and the Olympics), and he has now a shot at the top of the rankings. After all this success, Andy didn’t forget about the community, and in September he staged a rather successful charity event in Glasgow when he managed to 10,000 fans for a light-hearted exhibition.
Grigor Dimitrov, Jamie Murray and Tim Henman were the big stars participating to the event.
UK Unicef reveals that that event raised over £290,000. The proceeds will be split between the Unicef (Murray is an ambassador), and Glasgow charity Young People’s Futures.
