John Isner, Adrian Mannarino, and Alexander Bublik are in action on Wednesday at the Hall of Fame Open. The weather is expected to be variable and hopefully, there will be no interruption of play.

John Isner vs. Kamil Majchrzak

Seeded no.1. the American will face the world no.102 Kamil Majchrzak for the first time in their career. They are expected to play at 3pm on Stadium.

John will play his first match after losing in the 2nd round in Wimbledon to Mikhail Kukushkin in 5 sets 6-4 6-73 4-6 6-1 6-4.  John has a positive 16-8 win-loss record this year, 1-1 on grass. Isner didn’t compete last year in Newport.

On the other side, ranked no. 102 (career-high), Majchrzak got to the 2nd round after beating Alastair Gray 6-3 6-4.

Adrian Mannarino vs. Tennys Sandgren

Head to head: 1-0 for Mannarino

Seeded no.2, the Frenchman will play local favorite the world no.72 Tennys Sandgren for the 2nd time in their career. They are expected to play at 1:30 pm on STADIUM.

Adrian will play his first match after he lost 7-66 7-64 6-3 to Cilic in the 1st round in Wimbledon. Last year in Newport, Mannarino lost in the quarter 6-3 6-1 to Marcel Granollers.

On the other side of the net, ranked no. 72, Sandgren reached the 2nd round in Newport after beating Denis Istomin in 3 sets 6-4 5-7 6-4.

Prediction: Mannarino in 3 sets

Alexander Bublik vs. Viktor Troicki

Head to head: first time playing

Seeded no.7, Bublik will face the world no. 167 Viktor Troicki for the first time in their career. They are expected to compete at 11:00 am on STADIUM.

Bublik reached the 2nd round after defeating Alex Bolt 6-4 2-6 7-64.  Last year in Newport Alexander lost in the 2nd round 6-76 6-4 7-68 to Noah Rubin.

Prediction: Bublik in 3 sets
