Born on 14th April 1988, the Spanish tennis star is currently ranked 22nd in the world. He achieved his highest career rank of 13 in 2016 and after, Nadal, he became the second Spanish player to rank under 20.
Nicknamed ‘Bati’, Agut was born in Castellon de la Plana, Spain and started playing tennis at age 5. Apart from his love for tennis, the Spaniard also enjoys horseback riding. Agut’s father, Joaquin is a former footballer and his mother used to run a clothing store, she passed away unexpectedly in 2018. The Spaniard played football till the age of 14 before he started to concentrate on tennis.
