On Tuesday, Serbian Miomir Kecmanovic defeated Kazakhstan’s sixth-seeded Alexander Bublik 6-4, 6-2 in the first round of the Adelaide International in Australia.
The only seeded player who lost on Tuesday was Bublik. Tomas Martin Etcheverry, the eighth seed, and seventh-seeded Brandon Nakashima advanced after Nakashima defeated Yannick Hanfmann of Germany in three sets, 6-1, 2-6, 6-3. Argentina’s Etcheverry defeated Tristan Schoolkate of Australia 7-6 (8), 6-3.
The interesting thing that caught fans’ attention was Bublik’s underarm serve, which resulted in an ace. Many fans reacted to it on X.
