Juan Martin Del Potro’s dream is very much alive in Rio.
After shocking the seed no.1 Novak Djokovic in the 1st round, Delpo beat Rafael Nadal in the semifinal 5-7 6-4 7-6 (5) after a 3 hours’ match. The drama unfolded in the third set: Juan Martin failed to serve out the match when he was 5-4 (he lost that game at love!); then the all thing went to the breaker that Delpo won at five after Rafa missed an inside-out forehand.

I am living a dream. DEL POTRO
Juan Martin could not contain his emotions to comment “I am living like a dream. My emotions are so high after every match and the crowds make me cry in every match and I would like to say thank you to them.”
The final vs. Murray
Del Potro will face Andy Murray for the gold. The head to head is 5-2 for Murray that is the hot favorite. In fact, the Brit is still playing great tennis, he is full of confidence, and he didn’t spend much energy in his semifinal against Nishikori (he won 6-1 6-4). Del Potro will try another miracle; the crowd will be 100% with him.
