Morgan Riddle, influencer and girlfriend of tennis star Taylor Fritz, has been battling a severe case of norovirus since returning from the Las Vegas Grand Prix. Updating her followers, the 27-year-old described the illness as “fighting for her life,” adding that she wouldn’t wish it on her worst enemy. Symptoms left her exhausted, unable to stay awake for more than 45 minutes, and skipping Thanksgiving festivities due to her condition.
Despite being in Miami preparing for the 2025 tennis season, Fritz found ways to comfort Riddle from afar. He sent her a bouquet of flowers and a playful sweatshirt that read,
“My tummy hurts but I’m being really brave about it,” which Riddle appreciated, even poking fun at Fritz’s limited understanding of internet culture.
Fritz has recently enjoyed a career-high world No. 4 ranking after a stellar season that included reaching the ATP Finals final and representing the U.S. at the Davis Cup quarterfinals. Meanwhile, Riddle continues her recovery, leaning on support from loved ones during this challenging time.
