The 17-year-old from the US has recently reached the semifinal at the French Open playing on her least favorite surface: clay. Currently ranked no.26, Amanda has recently reached the quarters in Mallorca before losing 6-2 6-2 to Belinda Bencic.
In Wimbledon, in the first round, Amanda will face Sorana Cirstea (world no.76) before possibly play Magda Linette (75), Petra Kvitova (6), and Sloane Stephens (9).
