Gauff With Her Father

American tennis star Coco Gauff called her father “the best dad ever.” The first thing Gauff said after winning her first Grand Slam was, “First and foremost, thank you to my parents.” I saw my dad weep for the first time today. When Coco raised the sterling silver trophy in August 2023, the Gauff family experienced a fantastic moment. The father-daughter team used to travel to Flushing Meadows to see the Williams sisters perform. Taking the racquet sport by storm with her style, the 20-year-old inherits her dad’s athletic traits.

In honour of Corey, who has supported her through thick and thin while she has dominated the tennis world, she sent a heartfelt message on her Instagram account on Father’s Day. The tennis prodigy honoured her father on Father’s Day by leaving heartfelt remarks on Instagram.

She shared stories featuring the caption: “Happy Father’s Day to the best dad ever. I love you so much!”
