Emma Raducanu has possibly blocked her rich boyfriend on social media and ended their relationship. Raducanu, who gained popularity after her incredible victory at the 2021 US Open, began dating Carlo Agostinelli in May of last year. Agostinelli is the son of millionaire Robert Agostinelli, who made his money as the chairman and co-founder of the private equity firm Rhone Group.
After being sighted together at Paris Fashion Week, the couple has gone on luxurious vacations in North America and Europe. However, the southeast London tennis star and the former head boy of the prestigious school Harrow, who currently resides in California, have parted ways.
Emma has also blocked Carlo from her account, raising the possibility that she was the one who put an end to things.
An insider revealed: “Emma has 2.4 million followers on Instagram but Carlo is no longer one of them. It seems their relationship has run its course.”
Emma had previously said that growing up in Bromley, her parents forbade her from having boyfriends because they believed it would interfere with her training. Her global ranking has fallen to 212 due to recent injuries, despite her sudden surge in popularity after winning the US Open in 2021.
