Nick Kyrgios and Genie Bouchard had a rather nasty 2015 so far. Genie seems incapable to win a match and refusing a hand shake with her opponent during a presentation of a Fed Cup tie wasn’t the smart move on the planet. Nick is “officially” the bad guy of the ATP tour after showing an incredibly odd and disrespectful behavior on and off the court against virtually everybody. So… what’s better than make them playing together the mixed doubles at the upcoming US Open?
The idea probably came from the fact that Kyrgios will face Andy Murray in singles and he is not expected to make it to the second round. So the Australian will play the mixed doubles and also the doubles with his (still dear?) friend Kokkinakis.
So… ready for a new couple?
