Nick Kyrgios attracted all the possible attention for the wrong reason during the last few months. The last controversy about he sledging Wawrinka was the last drop. Nick was fined by the ATP, he received a “suspended suspension” and the entire tennis community didn’t hide the disapproval about Kyrgios’ behaviour.
Pete Sampras to Kyrgios
Pete Sampras shared the scene with Kyrgios and some other top players at an event organized by Nike in New York. Nick wasn’t as “upfront” as usual and one of the most poised and successful players in tennis history (Pete) could not refrain to give his advice to Nick.
It was Genie Bouchard to uncover the “warning” with a tweet … “Highlight of the night: Pete Sampras telling @NickKyrgios to ‘behave, young man’”
Kyrgios didn’t lose the opportunity to retweet it.
On his way back? Let’s hope so.
