The eagerly awaited ATP Finals are quickly approaching. The world’s eight highest ranked players will be welcomed to the event beginning on November 12. With a total score of 4435, young champion Stefanos Tsitsipas has secured his sixth-place ranking. He recently made a statement outlining the journey he had to take.
Tsitsipas made a spectacular debut in the London ATP Finals in 2019 by winning the match. He made an interesting observation while looking back on a journey that has seen him grow both on and off the court. He admits there has been a big change in his mindset going into this rematch for the title.
Tsitsipas recently discussed in an interview and said: “I do have the mental calmness of a veteran and I feel that changing. This morning, I was actually reflecting on how much I have personally changed in my personality in the way also that I think about life and tennis on its own.”
The gravity of this occurrence was demonstrated by his uncertainty regarding whether it is a normal development or a consequence of growing older. Tsitsipas acknowledged: “I don’t know, whether that’s maturing or getting at a certain age where your perspective kind of changes but it has definitely been different for me for the past few months.”

At the moment ranked no.6, Stefanos played his last match on the 12th of November when he lost to world no.4 Jannik Sinner 6-4 6-4 in the round robin in the Nitto ATP Finals (draw).
During this season Stefanos has a 51-23 record. The Greek clinched 1 title in Los Cabos. Stefanos got to the final at the Australian Open and Barcelona.
