Uncle Toni is always passionate about Rafa, but this time he needs to admit that the King of Clay is not in Pole Position in Wimbledon.
Toni: Rafa not the favorite…
Uncle Toni commented “I think Rafa is not the main favorite here. I think Federer, Djokovic and Murray have more chances of winning Wimbledon. But after these three, I think Rafael will have chance, with Wawrinka, Berdych and Kyrgios”
… winning Stuttgart wasn’t enough
Uncle Toni was happy to see Rafa winning a tournament on grass after 5 years, but apparently Rafa’s debacle at Queens [d. in opener by Dolgopolov] dented his confidence “I do not know if the victory in Stuttgart was enough for Rafa to have enough confidence on this surface. If he played at Queen’s as in Stuttgart, it would have been much better.”
Rafa will kick start his Wimbldon camapign today against Bellucci.
