Nadal against Blatter

After tennis, the sport that is most followed by Nadal is definitely soccer. The Spanish Legend is a huge fan of the Real Madrid and the Spanish international team; furthermore Rafa’s uncle (not Toni, but Miguel) played 8 years for Barcelona FC and he records 62 caps with the International Team,  so… Rafa knows 2 or 3 things about soccer.

Nadal: It is easier to be honest if you rule for a short period

The King of Clay was disgusted with the recent scandal that hit FIFA to comment “It’s good to have the right people in every place. It’s good to have people who know about what they are doing, in football, in tennis, in countries.

“I cannot say that if you are in the same place for a long time you will not be honest, but it’s true that history says that is easier to be honest if you are in shorter periods of time. You are there and you come back later. The alternating is good in every place of the world, I think.”

Blatter (79) has been at the reign of FIFA since 1998 and has now been re-elect for another mandate, so he is expected to rule FIFA for at least 21 years.

If you do not like how tennis is managed… well you can be happy to see we are much better than soccer.

NOT HAPPY WITH BLATTER…
