INJURY. Paula Badosa gives update after training with Tsitsipas’ brother Petros ahead of the US Open campaign

Paula Badosa revealed that her damaged back was getting better following a practice session with Stefanos Tsitsipas's brother Petros.

Prior to the US Open, Paula Badosa confirmed that her injured back was improving after a practice session with Stefanos Tsitsipas’ brother Petros. Badosa and her boyfriend’s younger brother worked out on Tuesday.

Badosa gave a good report on her back issue following practice. She hasn’t played since retiring due to a stress fracture in her spine suffered during her Wimbledon second-round encounter.

Additionally, Badosa joked that practicing with Tsitsipas’ brother was part of the “Tsitsidosa” arrangement. Badosa stated: “Yes, absolutely. If I date Stef, then I get Petros as a practice partner.”

After suffering a spinal stress fracture, Badosa stated that her back fitness was improving. Tsitsipas has since discussed Badosa’s good influence on his life and tennis on numerous occasions.
