On Thursday at the Western & Southern Open, Carlos Alcaraz and Tommy Paul added another interesting aspect to their growing rivalry.
Alcaraz defeated Paul in a very tough match but during the match, the play had to pause due to rain delay. Rain delays can be fairly boring sometimes.
Alcaraz apparently had to find some task to entertain himself, so he decided to use his cell phone. While some were thinking about what could be Alcaraz watching on the phone, he tweeted on his official account by saying: “Actually watching rocky IV training.”

WWWWWWWWLW Ranked no.1, Alcaraz has managed to achieve a 51-5 record in 2023. The Spaniard is now having a run in Cincinnati where he overcame the world no.55 Jordan Thompson 7-5 4-6 6-3 and the world no.13 Tommy Paul 7-66 6-70 6-3.
Carlos Alcaraz will play the world no.70 Max Purcell in the quarter on Friday at 3:00 pm on CENTER COURT. They have never played each other as of now in top events.
Alcaraz clinched 6 titles in 2023 in Buenos Aires, Indian Wells, Barcelona, Madrid, London and Wimbledon. The Spaniard was the runner-up in Rio de Janeiro (Rio Open).
