Denis Shapovalov has just broken in the top20 and he is aiming at reaching the top10 as soon as he can. The Canadian sensation is also ranked no.14 in the Year to Date rankings and that means that he has good chances to get in the top15 soon.
Denis Shapovalov’s schedule on clay and grass.
Denis will compete in 9 tournaments in the next few months, 5 on clay and 4 on grass as follows: Monte Carlo, Barcelona, Madrid, Rome, the French Open, Stuttgart, Queen’s, Eastbourne, and Wimbledon.
This is not the first time that the Canadian chose to play in as many competitions as he can.
Last year, after the US Open he played back to back in Shenzhen, St. Petersburg, Tokyo, and Shanghai.
Similarly, in February, he played 3 tournaments back to back (Montpellier, Rotterdam, and Marseille.
That’s a lot of tennis and he may need to cut some minor tournaments if he has deep runs.
