Karolina Pliskova and her coach, Sascha Bajin, have mutually chosen to part ways, according to Sascha. Former world No. 1 Pliskova recruited coach Bajin in November of 2020. Pliskova made the decision to break up with Bajin following the 2022 Wimbledon.
But before the 2023 season began, Pliskova and her coach Bajin got back together, so their separation didn’t last long. Unfortunately for Bajin and Pliskova, the 31-year-old Czech hasn’t had a fantastic 2023 season. She is 19-13 overall and has dropped six of her previous seven matches.
Sascha left the following message:
“Hey @KaPliskova thanks for giving it another go with me. Thank you for all the fun moments and memories created. All the best from me to you and good luck at the US Open. Hope you get your slam 🙏🏽💪🏽 Let’s see what’s next for me 🤔 Any suggestions guys?”

Now ranked no.23, Pliskova played her last match on the 5th of July when she was overcome by world no.166 Natalija Kostic 6-2 6-3 in the 1st round in Wimbledon (draw).
At present, during this year the Czech has a 19-13 match record.
She is also scheduled to play at the U.S. Open (U.S. Open) after Montreal. The main draw will start on the 7th of August.
