Recently he spoke to the news with humble regards toward his seniors in the game: “I don’t think so. I don’t think so because as long as Rafa and Djokovic are playing and are active there will be no change of Era.”
There may be new rivals developing for Carlos Alcaraz. His victory over Novak Djokovic undoubtedly signaled major changes in the tennis industry. However, if Wimbledon’s latest star’s comments are any indication, the age-old dispute between the old and new has hardly even started. The determined World No. 1 maintained his grounded temperament in an interview with Marca, the national sports daily of Spain.

During this season Carlos has achieved a composed 47-4 win-loss record. Alcaraz conquered 6 titles in 2023 in Buenos Aires, Indian Wells, Barcelona, Madrid, London, and Wimbledon. Alcaraz got to the final in Rio de Janeiro.
He is also scheduled to play at the U.S. Open (U.S. Open) after Toronto. The main draw will start on the 7th of August.

Currently, during this year the Serbian has managed to achieve a 33-5 record. Novak won 3 titles in 2023 in Adelaide, Australian Open, and French Open. The Serbian was the finalist at Wimbledon.
Djokovic will compete next in Toronto (National Bank Open). He will start the tournament from the main draw that will commence on the 7th of August.
