TIME VIOLATION. Why the chair umpire is accused of favoring Novak Djokovic over Carlos Alcaraz.

Fans and commentators are not happy with how the clock shot is managed during the match between Wimbledon final

Novak Djokovic And The Shot Clock Controversy

Weird stuff is happening in the Wimbledon final. Novak Djokovic and Carlos Alcaraz are playing a rather tense match. However, it seems that the chair umpire, Ferguson, is too lenient in favor of Djokovic, not calling some time violations in between serves. The umpire was also caught stopping the shot clock for unknown reasons.

The umpire was criticized by both the commentators and on social media.
