In the course of their “Music of the Spheres” world tour, the British rock band Coldplay has invited a number of guests to share the stage with them. Videos of the concerts, which featured celebrities including Bruce Springsteen, Craig David, Lauren Mayberry of Chvrches, and Lupe Fiasco, went viral on social media. At their performance on Saturday in Zurich, Switzerland, tennis icon and 20-time Grand Slam champion Roger Federer recently joined the group for a song.
Chris Martin, Jonny Buckland, Guy Berryman, Will Champion, and Roger Federer may all be seen performing on stage together at Stadion Letzigrund in the social media videos and images that have gone viral. The tennis champion shared his performance footage and backstage pictures on Instagram as well. The Swiss tennis player and his wife may be seen huddling with the band members backstage in one of the carousel shots. On the caption, he penned the phrase “Adventure of a Lifetime.”
