In the future, Carlos Alcaraz “has no doubts” that he will compete in Saudi Arabia and believes that it has the potential to alter tennis fundamentally. The world No. 1 made his remarks after ATP President Andrea Gaudenzi disclosed he had held “good” discussions with the Saudi sovereign wealth fund regarding prospective cooperation with the men’s tour.
Carlitos commented: “I think they have the power to have a lot of tournaments. I have never played an official tournament over there, and let’s see how it is going to be in the future. But, well, I have no doubts that I will play over there in the future.”

Ranked no.2, the Spaniard played his last match on the 25th of June when he beat world no.18 Alex De Minaur 6-4 6-4 in the final in London to win his 10th career title.
Currently, during this season Carlos achieved a composed 40-4 match record. Carlos conquered 5 titles in 2023 in Buenos Aires, Indian Wells, Barcelona, Madrid and London. Alcaraz was the finalist in Rio de Janeiro.
Alcaraz is scheduled to play next at the Wimbledon (Wimbledon). He will start to play the tournament from the main draw that will commence on the 3rd of July.
