Sascha reached the semifinal without dropping a single set on the way after beating Alexei Popyrin 6-3 6-3, David Ferrer 7-6 (0) 6-1, and Alex De Minaur 6-4 6-4. Right now, the German seems to be the hot favorite to win the all thing.
Norrie
Ranked no.64, the Brit is having an interesting year. Cameron reached the final in Auckland, and after some tentative runs, he is now in the semifinal in Acapulco after he beat Nishioka 6-2 2-6 6-2, Schwartzman 7-6 (5) 4-6 6-3, and an in-form McDonald 6-3 6-2.
