Wimbledon finalist Nick Kyrgios has announced that he will represent Team World at the sixth Laver Cup, which will take place in Vancouver from September 22–24, 2023, at Rogers Arena.
The charming Australian is eager to re-join Captain John McEnroe’s Team World despite still being out of commission following knee surgery at the beginning of the year.
“I’m pumped to be a part of Team World. As I’ve said many times before, a kid from Canberra representing the world, it’s pretty special and I’m ready to go to battle,” said Kyrgios.

Ranked world no.26, Nick played his last match on the 6th of October 2022 when he overcame world no.168 Kamil Majchrzak 3-6 6-2 6-2 in the 2nd round in Tokyo (draw).
Currently, during this year Kyrgios has a compiled 37-10 match record.
