Kyrgios starts to prepare his 2015

Nick Kyrgios had a rather strange (and successful) 2014. The young Australian came out from nowhere to win 3 Challengers and reach the quarters in Wimbledon after defeating Rafael Nadal.

After this feat Nick got a long pause (he was mentally tired) to play the entire ITPL during the off-season (???). Now it’s time for him to prepare the 2015 (a bit late?).

The teenager will train in brand new premises in Canberra with his coach Todd Larkham before heading to Perth for the Hopman Cup (1st of December) where he will team up with Casey Dellacqua.

Todd commented “We’ll have Nick on court every day and be out there for long sessions in the heat to try to build up fitness. We’ll be on the new hard courts that have just been made; Nick only got back to the country yesterday and he’s already keen to start training which is a good sign.”

Kyrgios is now ranked no.52 and he wants to break in the top10 next year. That’s ambitious, but he will go for it.
