Roger Federer went to watch Arsenal playing the Champion League match against Anderlecht to say something terrifying for his fans: he considered playing soccer instead of tennis!
The Swiss Maestro had fun watching the match to comment “I enjoyed it a lot. It’s always a pleasure going to see other sports around the world. It’s a beautiful stadium with a great team and Champions League football is a big deal. I’m fortunate to be in the city right as it is happening.”

Then the Maestro said that he considered playing soccer instead of tennis but “I think I made the right decision to go with tennis, even though I think football is a great sport with great crowds everywhere you go. I would have loved to be successful in soccer too, but I’m happy I chose tennis in the end.”
Well… we really think he made the right decision unless he would have been able to score double than Messi and Ronaldo…that should be too much also for the Maestro.
Glad he did stick to tennis.
