Stefanos Tsitsipas is about to start his adventure at the upcoming ATP Finals in Turin. It’s quite a long shot but if the Greek champion wins the season’s finale undefeated, he will also end this year as the new work number 1.
Once again, Stefanos can count on the support of his newly-appointed coach Mark Philippoussis who has been helping Tsitsipas for the last few months alongside his dad Apostolos. Mark is focussing especially on the slices and some other parts of his game.

At the moment ranked no.3 (career-high), the Greek played his last match on the 5th of November when he lost to world no.8 Novak Djokovic 6-2 3-6 7-6(4) in the semifinal in Paris (draw).
During this season the Greek owns an overall 58-22 win-loss record. The Greek clinched 2 titles in 2022 in Monte-Carlo and Mallorca. Stefanos was the runner-up in Rotterdam, in Rome, in Cincinnati, in Astana and in Stockholm.
