Emma Raducanu parts ways with another coach after splitting with Dmitry Tursunov. It seems that the relationship between the Russian coach and Emma was pretty good. Raducanu said that she was happy with Dmitry and his overall attitude. Emma and Dmitry started their collaboration from the American swing and it was very clear that that was a trial.
It is not clear who decided to part ways. Tursunov has always stated that being Raducanu’s coach was risky given her history. She also parted ways from Andrew Richardson, who coached her during the triumphant 2021 U.S. Open. According to well-known sports journalist James Gray, it was Tursunov to walk away. In 1 year and a half, Emma worked with 5 coaches and is now hiring her 6th.

Who is Emma Raducanu’s new coach
According to reports, Emma hired Andy Murray’s ex-coach Jez Green who used to work also with Tomas Berdych and Alexander Zverev. However, Jez is a physical conditioning specialist and therefore, the 2021 US Open champion is expected to add somebody else to her coaching team.

Currently the world no.68, Raducanu played her last match on the 4th of October when she capitulated to world no.11 Darya Kasatkina 7-5 6-4 in the 1st round in Ostrava (draw).
At present, during this year Raducanu achieved a composed 17-19 win-loss record. Emma Raducanu’s best accomplishment of the year was reaching the semifinal in Seoul.
