Another week and another teenager surprises us.
Kyrgios excited all of us in Wimbledon, Zverev had a huge run in Hamburg and this week it’s time for Borna Coric.
The young Croatian is ranked world no.230 and he received a wildcard in Umag. Borna has a great run so far to beat in straight sets Roger-Vasselin and now Zeballos 7-6 (4) 6-3.
In the quarters Borna will play seed no.1 Fabio Fognini that was the 2013 runner-up. The Italian has defeated Albert Montanes 7-6 (2) 6-0 in 69 minutes in the previous round.(Match Stats)
