Emma Raducanu About The Pressure She Will Have At The Us Open

Emma Raducanu capitulated on Wednesday in the Wimbledon second round to Caroline Garcia, who played a fantastic match. During the press conference that followed the encounter, Emma was asked how she would deal with the pressure she will have it to the US Open after she won the major in 2021. Raducanu had a rather straightforward reply saying that she does not feel any pressure. She says she has already won a slam.

“I am 19 years old. Yes, I have had attention. But I’m a slam champion, so no one’s going to take that away from me. Yeah, if anything, the pressure is on those who haven’t done that,” said Raducanu.
