Cahill reported not coaching Anisimova anymore. Fernandez next in Indian Wells

Amanda Anisimova is most probably looking for a new coach

Anisimova Cahill

In January, Amanda Anisimova started what seemed to be a great partnership with Simona Halep’s former coach Darren Cahill. It seemed as they were poised to work together on a full-time basis. However, something didn’t work and according to reports, the Australian coach is not partnering anymore with the American player.

Even if Amanda does not have the help of Cahill, she was impressive when she conquered Eisenhower Cup before easily winning her opening match in Indian Wells against Emma  Navarro (6-2 6-2).

Amanda will face Leylah Annie Fernandez in the 2nd round in Indian Wells.
