Novak Djokovic is still part of the Indian Wells entry list for the main draw, but he will probably skip the tournament in the American desert. The world no.2 is still not vaccinated and therefore, he is not allowed to enter the US territory. Therefore, he is not expected to challenge Daniil Medvedev, Rafael Nadal and Alexander Zverev in Indian Wells and Miami in March.
His dear friend Janko Tipsarevic in a way confirmed that Novak will probably not play in California, revealing that on Saturday Djokovic was still training in Belgrade at his Academy. Janko posted a picture with the following message: “Got a special 🐐 guest, helping us out today #goat.”
Here is a video of Novak’s training.
