Ashleigh Barty, Aryna Sabalenka and Emma Raducanu are going to be among the top names to follow in the upcoming WTA tournament in Indian Wells. The defending champion is Paula Badosa who won the event last year after defeating Vika Azarenka in the final.
Why Andreescu will not play Indian Wells
Unfortunately, Bianca Andreescu will not be part of the draw. The Canadian player has been struggling with mental health issues for long to skip the Australian summer. It’s not clear when she is going to be back on tour. Bianca won Indian Wells in 2019.
