Jenson Brooksby keeps on rising and he is now among the top favorites to win the ATP 250 in Antwerp. American sensation reaches the quarter-finals starting from the qualifications and without dropping a single set in 5 matches. He will face Diego Sebastian Schwartzman for a place in the semifinal.
With his latest run, Jenson Brooksby is 11 places up in the live rankings to be the new world number 59. On top of it, the young American also has qualified for the Next Gen Finals that will be staged in Milan 9-13 November.
Jenson was delighted by his latest achievement to comment:
“I have known about hopefully finishing with the Next Gen ATP Finals for a while now. With how I have been playing and getting better, I thought it would take care of itself. It is definitely exciting to confirm my spot there. It will be a great tournament to finish the year, but I am shooting for more.
It has been a good year. After not getting to play last year, I think I have made a lot of big strides this year. I am proud of the progress I have made mentally, physically and all around.”
