Brandon Nakashima is leaving the dream. The 19 years old has just defeated John Isner in the semifinals of the ATP 250 in Los Cabos.
After the match, Brandon was clearly elated with his performance to comment:
“It feels great. It’s definitely a big accomplishment for me. Of course, all the Americans, we like to play in the US.
But it’s nice to see that I’m playing well outside the United States. Luckily it’s actually not too far from my home here. I’ve definitely been enjoying it a lot.”

Currently ranked no.134, the American is no.115 in the live rankings (career-high).
He has managed to achieve a 25-15 win-loss record in 2021. The American is now having a run in Los Cabos where he overcame Jeff Wolf 6-3 6-75 6-2, Sam Querrey 6-3 6-4, Jordan Thompson 6-3 4-6 7-64 and John Isner 7-5 6-4.
