Hewitt says Tomic can win a slam and he might win the Australian Open!

Time to rest… and time to dream!

According to Llyeton Hewitt he still has a little chance to win the Australian Open “With the right draw and a bit of luck, you never know.

About winning another slam…

“Obviously those top couple of guys, Rafa and Novak are the two main guys for sure and don’t count Roger and Andy Murray and del Potro and Berdych and these guys out either.”

So… winning Wimbledon in 2002 doesn’t look so far for Hewitt!

… and Tomic’s chances

OK, Llyton wasn’t upbeat only about his chances, but he also stated that Bernard Tomic, the never ending Australian promise, has a chance to be a grand slam winner.

“Bernard is obviously the next best player. He got to make the next transition now from 50 in the world to top 20 and hopefully top 10 and be a potential grand slam winner.”
